Our signature Full Body, 40-min workout is high Intensity + low Impact designed to improve strength, endurance, cardio, core, balance and flexibility. This is a complete functional fitness workout. We combine our hands-on instruction & expert routine programming to keep your heart rate high, your muscles burnin’ and your sweat drippin’. This class targets your Upper body, lower body and core. We ask that you come with an open mind, stripped of any expectations as you take a ride on the state of the art megaformer. Escape in this class and transform your mind and body. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

40-min of just Arms & Abs work to make you long, lean and defined - no legs required! This class is recommended for guests who are looking for a more targeted challenge.

Foundations of lagree: BEGINNERS TECHNIQUE

If you're new to PPLJ and the Megaformer machine, this slower-paced more technically focused class is perfect for you. Designed for a small group of 8 or fewer people, this 25-minute class will leave you sweaty and humbled; along with having a good understanding of a few of the essential “must-know” PPLJ exercises. Emphasizing modifications and variations for varying levels. This class is an excellent introduction if you are new to Lagree. We recommend taking this class before advancing to the Full Body signature class. Exclusive offers will be discussed after class to help prepare you for your Lagree journey.

We offer private and semi-private sessions to provide you with personalized attention. During these sessions, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with an instructor to target your strengths and achieve your personal goals.

Private Session:

  • 55 Mins- $100

  • 30 Mins - $60

Semi-Private Session:

  • 55 Mins - $65 each

  • 30 Mins- $35 each
