Why do you love to teach Lagree Fitness?
I teach everything so my classes are a blend of my yoga, aerial, classical pilates, personal training and Lagree background. I like teaching at Pilates Plus because the clients there are motivated and open to such a dynamic and challenging workout.
Tell us something we don’t know about you:
I have a trapeze act with my boyfriend and a blog where I write about all our travels, circus adventures and vegan lifestyle!
